Introducing Erin Ling as Facilitator for GCC's Fall 2024 Faculty Mini-Retreat

Erin Ling

We are excited to announce that Erin Ling will serve as the facilitator for the Global Change Center's Faculty Mini-Retreat this fall. The retreat will take place at the Inn at Virginia Tech on Friday, November 15.

Erin Ling is a Senior Extension Specialist and Coordinator of the Virginia Household Water Quality Program in Biological Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech.  She is a fellow of the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute and a trained facilitator with 15 years of experience supporting strategic planning, visioning, collaboration and capacity building for non-profit organizations, university colleges and departments and other entities with missions related to natural resource management and STEM.

Erin’s expertise in fostering collaboration will help our faculty engage in meaningful discussions on positioning the GCC for further success in the near term. We look forward to the insights and strategic direction she will help shape at this important event.

This gathering provides an important opportunity for our community to reflect on recent accomplishments, explore emerging opportunities, and discuss strategies for continued success. Following the discussions, a reception will offer a chance to connect with colleagues and strengthen collaborations. Faculty Affiliates, please submit your RSVP by Friday, November 1, 2024.

Mark your calendars for what promises to be a productive and energizing retreat!
